What we can help with
- Problems signing in, or with your account or email address.
- Something in the app not working as expected.
- Connecting an AI assistant (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to Cirello, or removing its access.
- Questions about your data, including export and deletion.
Things you can do yourself
In the app, under Account - Security, you can:
- Remove a connected AI assistant - Connected apps - Remove. Access ends immediately.
- Download your data - Export your data.
- Delete your account - Delete account. This is permanent.
